I will update this list every month, but if you want live deals or want to chat with me, you can follow topbestinINDIA on Telegram for live deals. Here is the discussion Telegram Group. See you there…
The Mi Air Purifier 3 is one of its kind, it comes with a circular OLED display that shows real-time pm2.5 concentration, temperature and humidity, wifi connection, and working mode.
It also comes with 3 filter layers with a True HEPA filter that eliminates 99.97% of air pollutants. Xiaomi has also provided a Mi Fit app where you will be able to control the Mi Air Purifier 3.
By the way, this is a smart Air Purifier which means, it can be controlled through Alexa and Google Assistant.
Now, the HEPA13 filter will last for 1 to 2 years, depending on how you use the Mi Air Purifier 3. It covers about 484 sq. ft area.
Overall, if your budget is Rs 10,000 and if you want the overall best Air Purifier then do consider the Mi Air Purifier 3, you won’t be disappointed after buying it.
Philips is a well-known brand in India and for some reason, if you don’t want to buy Xiaomi products then you can consider the Philips AC1215/20 Air purifier too.
The Philips AC1215/20 Air purifier removes 99.97% airborne pollutants as small as 0.003 microns, 800 times smaller than PM 2.5. This too has a HEPA13 filter and it will last for 1 to 2 years, again, depending on how you use it.
It takes about 3 to 4 hours for a 333 sqft room to clean the air and get to blue which is kind of okay.
By the way, this is made for small rooms like a bedroom, it won’t be efficient for larger rooms.
Also, this is not a smart air purifier which means, it can’t be controlled through Alexa and Google Assistant.
For some reason, Philips didn’t provide a mobile application for this air purifier which means, you won’t able to see the air quality.
Overall, this is the best option for those who don’t want to go with the Xiaomi brand but if you don’t have any problem with the Xiaomi brand then I highly recommend you to go with Mi Air Purifier 3.
For those who don’t want to spend Rs 10,000 then you can consider the Blue Star BS-AP300DAI Air Purifier which is available at Rs 7,199 (the price could be different when you see it).
The air purifier has 4 Stage Purification which is what most of the air purifier provides. Again, this is not a smart air purifier which means, it can’t be controlled through Alexa and Google Assistant.
Just like Philips, the Blue start didn’t provide any application to see the air quality.
The blue start air purifier can clean 300 sqft room which is great as this is priced at 7k.
By the way, this too comes with HEPA and Active Carbon filters but Blue start didn’t mention which version of HEPA filter they’re using.
Overall, as I have said, this is not the best air purifier but if you don’t want to spend 10k then this is not a very bad option at 7k too still, I recommend you to spend 3k extra and consider the Mi Mi Air Purifier 3.
Note: I have searched everywhere but I didn’t find a HEPA filter for this air purifier on Amazon, so if you’re planning to buy this air purifier then make sure you find a place to buy the HEPA filter.
We all know how Amazon is killing its competition and they’re doing the same with Air Purifiers too.
The HEPA filter removes 99.97% of all particles and cleanses the air of hair, large pollutants, dust, bacteria, allergens, and germs; also equipped with an activated carbon filter to remove odors too.
Even this is from Amazon, it can’t be controlled through Alexa.
It also comes with 5 layer filtration which is ideal for medium to large-sized rooms, can provide medium purification to extra large rooms with up to 43m2 area.
The HEPA filter will last for 1 to 2 years. Again, I have searched on Amazon for a HEPA filter but didn’t find it.
Also, this is made out of plastic and the plastic quality also feels cheap and that’s the reason why it’s available at 7k and not 10k.
Overall, for the price of Rs 6,999, this is by far the Air Purifier you can buy but the thing is, there is no HEPA Filter available, so if you need extra filter then, you have to buy a new Air Purifier unless you find filter somewhere.
This is a downgraded version of Mi Air Purifier 3.
It comes with a True HEPA Filter with a filtration efficiency of 99.97 percent for particle size up to 0.3 microns. It can cover an area of up to 452 Sqft.
The Mi Air Purifier 2C doesn’t come with an OLED display, it has three lights that indicate the quality of the air, the colors are Greem, Red, and Orange.
By the way, the air purifier can remove all kinds of air particles.
Now, there is no support for mobile applications and also, this is not a smart air purifier which means, it can’t be controlled through Alexa and Google Assistant.
Overall, for the price of Rs 7,999, it’s a good option but again, if you can add 2k extra and go with Mi Air Purifier 3.
Conclusion: Best Air Purifier Under Rs 10,000
I think you already know the answer but still, let me say it if your budget is Rs 10,000 and if you want the best Air Purifier then just go with Mi Air Purifier 3 because it offer everything from smart control to mobile app support and removes all kind of air particles.
Now, if you don’t want that smart control feature and mobile app support and you’re okay with light indication then do take look at Mi Air Purifier 2C.
Winner: Mi Air Purifier 3
