Gaming on PC is good but when you game with Mechanical Keyboard, it feels kind of different, and when you get a Mechanical Keyboard under Rs 3,000, this even feels better.
How about that intro, jokes aside, if you wanted to buy a new keyboard and if your budget is about Rs 3,000 then I think, you just found one because I have searched everywhere and come up with this list.
To make things easy for you, I have created a table which you will find right below this text, now let’s talk about each and every Mechanical keyboard and find out, which would be best for you?
EvoFox Katana Mechanical Keyboard
If you want the best Mechanical Keyboard under Rs 3,000 in India then you just found one. The EvoFox Katana Mechanical Keyboard comes with Windows software where you can control the brightness of keys, Backlighting Effects, speed of keys, and everything else.
It’s good to see, software support at the budget price tag. Also, it has all the features which you could find on any other keyboard, for example, Anti Ghosting keys, Windows Key Lock, Wrist Pad, and many more.
Also, the keyboard comes with a braided cable and 9 Unique Lighting Effects which you can also control via software.
In short, if your budget is Rs 3,000 and if you want the best Mechanical Keyboard then don’t look for anything else, EvoFox Katana could be the last keyboard you buy.
Now, of course, if you don’t like the design of EvoFox Katana then let’s take look at another one.
Redragon K551 Mechanical Keyboard
The Redragon K551 Mechanical Keyboard does miss out on some features but some might like the design. The keyboard doesn’t come with Wrist Pad which is not the best thing because you will play games for more than one hour, so it’s better to have Wrist Pad but hey, it’s all me, your test might be different.
Also, Redragon K551 Mechanical Keyboard does not have support for software, so you can’t control everything but yes, the keyboard comes with 19 different lighting effects.
The keyboard is not the true backlit keyboard, Redragon has used Rainbow LED-backlit which means, there is a mini LED down below the keys which makes you feel, it has backlit keys.
The Redragon K551 Mechanical Keyboard is not a bad keyboard, it does have everything that you’re looking for which is Mechanical keys and a well-built keyboard.
Here If I had to buy a keyboard for under Rs 3,000 then I would go with EvoFox Katana Mechanical Keyboard because it’s better & Cheaper than Redragon K551.
Zebronics Max Plus Mechanical Keyboard
As you can tell from the image, the Zebronics Max Plus Mechanical Keyboard doesn’t look like Mechanical Keyboard but it is Mechanical Keyboard. This is the best keyboard for those people who wants to use the keyboard for gaming, writing, or casual use.
By the way, Zebronics didn’t add support for software, you can’t control the keyboard and there is no Wrist Pad included in the box, so you have to buy a new one.
The Zebronics Max Plus Mechanical Keyboard comes with 10 LED lights but again, it’s LCD light and 100% backlit. Also, the keyboard comes with a braided cable which is quite strong that means, it will last longer than any other normal wire.
The good thing is, Zebronics has used good quality keys but the same can’t be said for text used on Keys. I feel, after a year or so, it might fade away.
In short, this could be a good keyboard for those people who wants an all-in-one keyboard but it also misses out on, software support, wrist pad, backlit keys.
Redragon Shiva K512 Mechanical Keyboard
The Redragon Shiva K512 is an all-in-one keyboard you can get at Rs 2,220. It comes with Detachable wrist rest, Dedicated Media Control keys, and of course, its Mechanical Keyboard.
The keyboard comes with 7 pre-set lighting modes and an additional 6 slots for customizable modes. Also, as I said, the wrist rest is magnetic which means, it’s very easy to use a keyboard with or without a wrist rest.
This is the best thing you can hear, the Redragon Shiva K512 has support for software that means you have full control of the keyboard.
Also, this is not a fully Mechanical Keyboard but the keys used on this keyboard is just amazing, you won’t notice whether this is Mechanical Keyboard or not?
From My side, if you can’t go above Rs 2500 then this could be the best option but if you can spend Rs 3,000 on the keyboard then EvoFox Katana Mechanical Keyboard is a better option than this.
Ant Esports MK1000 Mechanical Keyboard
This is not the best Mechanical Keyboard but if your budget is about Rs 2,000 then this could be a good option. The Ant Esports MK1000 is a colour backlight keyboard with 6 preset lighting effects.
Also, the keyboard doesn’t have the wrist pad which is a bummer but hey, it’s priced at Rs 2,000. So can’t complain much here.
The Ant Esports MK1000 is made out of metal which is good and for those, who are rough users, this good be a good thing
In short, this is the cheapest Mechanical Keyboard you can get, so don’t expect too much but considering the price tag, this is the best you can get.
From these five Mechanical Keyboards, I would say, you can choose between, Redragon Shiva K512 and EvoFox Katana. Both the keyboards are good, so if you want to save Rs 500 then Redragon Shiva K512 is the way to go but if you can pay Rs 2,599 then there is no better option than EvoFox Katana Mechanical Keyboard.
Still, confused, do let me know in the comment box, I would love to help you out.
